3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Half and Half (or 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk)
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-10 inch pie plate.
Combine all ingredients in blender container.
Blend on High 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 50-55 minutes, or until golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely before serving
