This is the easiest pie on planet earth.  It takes 10 minutes to combine all the ingredients, then bake.  The best thing is that it’s impossible to mess it up. You have to give this one a try!

Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. Half and Half (or 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk)

2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
2 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 9-10 inch pie plate.

Combine all ingredients in blender container.  

Blend on High 1 minute. Pour into pie plate.

Bake 50-55 minutes, or until golden and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. 

Cool completely before serving
